Terms and Conditions 

On this ________ day of ________________, 200__, a deposit of  $_________ (dollars) has been  received by ASAHI BENGALS from the PURCHASER (named below) to hold the above named kitten/cat from any other sale or offer for sale. The deposit of $________ (dollars) is to be applied to the total purchase price listed above. The balance due of $_________ (dollars) must be paid in cash or certified funds by _______________, before the kitten/cat will be released to the PURCHASER. The PURCHASER agrees to the following. 

  1. The purpose of this deposit agreement is to ensure the PURCHASERS intent to buy the above described kitten/cat, and is not refundable should the PURCHASER change his/her mind. A breech of this contract either verbal, written, through neglect, or avoidance to communicate on the PURCHASERS behalf can jeopardize the chance of finding the above described kitten/cat a new home within a reasonable period of time.   2. To ensure the PURCHASERS commitment to purchase the kitten/cat, he/she must pay the balance due, and accept delivery by the date listed above. Should the PURCHASER decide they do not want the kitten/cat it is their responsibility to notify ASAHI BENGALS of their intent as soon as possible. (Initials) __________.

     
  3. This deposit agreement also serves as a guarantee for the amount of deposit. The amount of deposit listed above will be refunded to the PURCHASER if ASAHI BENGALS fails to make the kitten/cat available to the PURCHASER. (Initials) __________.

By signing below the PURCHASER certifies that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms set forth in this contract. This contract is legally binding to both parties involved, and applies only to the PURCHASER and ASAHI BENGALS in this transaction. This contract is non-transferable to any other party.
